General description
Cap with glued-in white-rubber liner resists effects of
temperature and steam. (Screw thread size for the 15 mL tube is 15-415,
and for the 5 mL tube is 24-410)
Formed from borosilicate glass. Stress that glass can withstand
is greatly decreased by surface flaws such as scratches, chips, and
cracks. Always use with correct sleeve or holder.
Other Notes
15 mL size has 1 mL graduations upward from tip; 50 mL size has
0.5 mL graduations upward from tip to 10 mL and 1 mL graduations from 10
to 50 mL.
